1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TEXT2REEL ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TEXT2REEL is an AI-powered platform that generates social media reels from user-provided text, images, and video content. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account via Google or Facebook OAuth to access premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it for reel generation. You must not upload content that infringes others' rights, is illegal or harmful, or contains malware or malicious code.

5. Free & Paid Plans

Free users get 1 reel per day without sign-in and 20 reels per day when signed in, with watermarked downloads. Paid subscribers get unlimited generations, no watermarks, and premium features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, and underlying technology are owned by TEXT2REEL. Generated reels are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. The watermark "text2reel.io" must remain on free-tier downloads.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI system, abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent restrictions, or resell access to the Service without authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
